This website is operated by Moncah(moncah.com). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Moncah. Moncah offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation customers, vendors, content contributors and third parties.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
All products sold on Moncah are halal-certified or halal-friendly lifestyle products aligned with Islamic values.
Moncah operates as a marketplace platform where vendors independently list their products.
Moncah is not directly liable for the quality, halal authenticity, or order fulfillment by third-party vendors, unless otherwise stated.
All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise indicated.
3. USER ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.
Moncah reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms at any time without prior notice.
4. VENDOR TERMS
Vendors registered on Moncah agree to comply with the separate Moncah Vendor Policy.
Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, halal status, and order fulfillment.
Moncah reserves the right to remove any product listing that violates halal policies or Malaysian law.
Vendors are prohibited from conducting direct sales transactions with customers outside of the platform.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments or other approved payment methods.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Moncah reserves the right to cancel orders containing pricing errors.
6. SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the vendor and delivery location.
Moncah is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Customers will receive order notifications via email and/or WhatsApp.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our return policy allows returns within 7 days from the date of receipt, subject to product condition.
Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Moncah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased through our platform.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Moncah website, including logos, images, text and design, is the property of Moncah and may not be used without prior written consent.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
